• Lead Generation: identify potential leads on LinkedIn and other platforms • Outreach and Engagement: initiate contact with leads through personalized messages • Lead Nurturing: ongoing conversations to build rapport and educate prospects • Qualification: systematically qualify leads by evaluating their fit with target customer profile • Appointment Setting: secure discovery calls with qualified prospects • Pipeline Management: maintain records of all interactions with leads using Hubspot CRM • Collaboration: work closely with the sales and marketing teams

Requirements

• Experience working as a SDR or lead generation for 0.5 year • Excellent writing and speaking abilities (at least Upper Intermediate) • Discipline in managing daily outreach tasks, maintaining records, and following up with leads consistently • Hunger to Learn: eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic industry • Adaptability to changes in technology and market trends • Empathy: understanding the needs and challenges of potential clients
