•Build, optimize, and scale our FinTech platform for small-business lending •Drives decisions that influence the product’s functionality, design, and technical infrastructure •Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, data science, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. •Share your ideas clearly through written and verbal communication
Requirements
•5-10 years of full-time experience in software development. •Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript •Pragmatic & Get-things-Done attitude: a strong desire to solve meaningful problems without the burden of managing large teams. •Ability to understand and align technical solutions with business goals •Experience working with lean teams •A growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt (including new tech stacks) •Excellent communication skills (in English) •Preferred but not Mandatory: Prior experience working with FinTech products •Hands-on experience with AWS •Experience with serverless computing
