• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • Proven experience as a recruiter for sales profiles. • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment process. • Fluency in English is mandatory.
