Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Content Manager to join our dynamic team. • The Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and objectives. • This hands-on role involves overseeing the creation, management, and optimisation of content across multiple channels to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives. • Manage a content calendar that ensures consistent and timely delivery of content. • Work closely with writers, designers, and videographers to produce content that resonates with our target audience. • Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility and ranking of content on search engines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role, with at least two years in a leadership position. • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of content creators and marketers. • Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media platforms. • Creative thinker who can develop innovative content ideas that drive engagement and conversions. • Ability to simplify complex information into engaging stories. • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Open to feedback and embraces challenges. • Native English is mandatory.
