📋 Description
• Play a critical role in configuring and deploying software solutions tailored to clients' needs. • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. • Design, configure, and implement software solutions based on client requirements. • Lead and manage the implementation process from start to finish. • Provide ongoing technical support during the implementation phase. • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients about implemented solutions. • Ensure implemented solutions function as expected and meet quality standards. • Gather client feedback and analyze solution performance for improvements. • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation management, or SaaS project management. • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana. • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in solution design, or customer onboarding in a SaaS or enterprise software company. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with effective communication across technical and business teams. • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and other integration technologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive project risk management. • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus. • Certifications in relevant technologies or project management are advantageous. • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events (if required). • Ensure fluency in English for clear communication.
