• Minimum 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Experience with upselling and cross-selling services. • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
