• Motion Graphic Designer • Remote, Philippines • The Client: A creative agency known for its integrative approach, offering services in video production, graphic design, digital content, and print solutions... • Key Responsibilities: Create and Animate Motion Graphics: Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations primarily using Adobe After Effects. This includes creating graphics from scratch, animating existing PSD or layered files, and utilizing templates when appropriate. • Trend Identification: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, identify relevant ones, and proactively suggest creative concepts that align with our clients' messaging and goals. • Client Representation: Work closely with our diverse range of clients, including religious nonprofits, to ensure their values and messages are respectfully and accurately conveyed through creative content. • Efficient Workflow Management: Handle large video files and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets. Maintain clear communication with the team and clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work alongside other designers, editors, and creatives to conceptualize, create, and refine visual content that meets client specifications.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects: Strong skills in After Effects with the ability to create and animate high-quality motion graphics. Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus. • Creative and Artistic Eye: Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing content with a strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography. • Trend Awareness: Ability to identify and adapt to current social media and design trends, ensuring that content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging. • Adaptability and Originality: Comfort with working on both templated and original designs. Ability to create 100% original animations when needed, often under tight deadlines. • Respect for Client Values: While personal beliefs are not a requirement, a high level of professionalism and respect for the diverse values of our clients, including religious nonprofits, is essential. • Technical Requirements: Must have a fast and reliable internet connection to handle large video files efficiently.
