• Sales Development Representative • Remote, Indonesia • About Us: Fullfind helps agencies and brands find their ‘perfect people’, no matter how far they are. • We specialize in connecting agencies and brands with their perfect match for creative roles. • Key Responsibilities: Engage in a dynamic mix of cold-calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events, and industry conferences to identify, produce and qualify new leads. • Drive a robust sales cycle by actively prospecting and moving leads through the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to contract negotiations. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, leveraging an uncapped commission structure. • Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver staffing solutions that align with each client’s goals. • Present tailored solutions based on each prospect’s challenges.
• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Sales or Account Executive, preferably with a focus on self-prospected deals and client account growth. • English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must; C2 level is a plus. • Proven experience in conducting and closing sales calls with B2B clients. • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles end-to-end in a competitive, target-driven environment, consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas. • Proven ability to manage complex and detailed sales cycles, successfully navigating and closing deals in a competitive and fast-paced environment. • Experienced in handling high volumes of outreach and capable of staying organized, focused, and efficient under pressure. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote team environment, demonstrating versatility in connecting with diverse clients.
• Employment Type: Contract • Location: Remote • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 PM - 5 AM (Night Shift) • Base Salary: IDR 10.000.000 - 15.000.000 / per month (exclude commission)
