Requirements

• High School degree • 3-5 years of experience optimizing ad funnels, ideally in the Amazon/DTC space • Extensive experience working with Amazon Ads • Successfully transitioned a company from agency to in-house digital advertising • Profitably spent an ad budget of over $100,000 monthly for a sub-$100 product • Worked with an annual ad budget of at least $1M • Own the entire funnel from start to finish • Value autonomy and control • Extensive experience in producing ad creative that converts • Established a tracking and optimization methodology • Enjoy copywriting, creating visuals • Outstanding written communication skills • Ability to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution • Connect deeply with Full Focus core values • Familiar with content similar to Full Focus and executive coaching business models
