📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. • The Automation Tester will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans and cases. • Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement. • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, and Playwright. • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, HP ALM). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
