🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a track record of building scalable applications. • Expertise in Ruby or Ruby on Rails. • Strong front-end skills with TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, etc.). Bonus if you have React Native experience. • A deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices. • Belief in writing tests and building robust, maintainable code. • Entrepreneurial mindset – you're resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments that involve ambiguity. • Excellent communication skills—you articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. • A growth-oriented attitude, embracing feedback and continuous learning.
