Description

• Lead the development and implementation of security and compliance programs for Fullsteam corporate and its business units. • Interface with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Conduct compliance assessments for compliance monitoring and to ensure adherence to applicable security requirements. • Manage inventory of data residency locations across Fullsteam and its business units. • Identify and mitigate security and compliance risks associated with M&A transactions. • Develop and implement security and compliance integration plans post-acquisition. • Work with Fullsteam Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team to drive key security and compliance initiatives across the organization. • Represent Fullsteam Information Security department in key projects and initiatives, ensuring that teams are informed about compliance requirements and best practices. • Monitor and report on compliance status and progress to senior management. • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Compliance, or a related field. • 10 + years of experience in information security, risk management, and/or compliance roles. • Proven track record of successfully interfacing with regulators and managing compliance programs. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Demonstrated experience performing technical and procedural risk assessments, measuring security control health, and/or reporting risks to internal stakeholders. • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent are preferred. • In-depth knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, standards, and regulations such as NIST and CIS. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
