📋 Description
• Report to the Manager of Strategy & Operations. • Drive strategic planning, process improvements, and growth opportunities. • Conduct deep-dive analysis into market opportunities and sales trends. • Support strategic planning efforts including revenue and sales pipeline. • Develop forecasting and reporting frameworks to track performance metrics. • Collaborate with leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives. • Evaluate and refine operational processes for efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or a related field. • Proven ability to analyze and present data. • Experience identifying and implementing operational process improvements. • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Looker, BigQuery, and Excel/Google Sheets. • Experience influencing and collaborating with C-suite and VP-level executives.
