📋 Description
• Interface multiple times a day with the CEO via phone, video chat and Microsoft Teams • Help manage distributed team of contractors globally • Assist in managing projects in various areas like operations, marketing, customer relations, sales, podcasting, publishing, and PR • Prioritize and manage CEO’s incoming and outgoing emails, calendar, and other administrative tasks • Act as liaison between CEO and employees/clients • Track and update projects using Microsoft Planner/To Do • Research and suggest more efficient office operations • Review credit card statements and assist bookkeepers/accountants
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager • General understanding of entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to triage situations and re-prioritize as needed • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong research skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and To Do • Comfort with virtual technologies and cloud-based interfaces
