Description

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to manage complex client questions • Perform analysis and specification writing for investment accounting data mapping • Gather, analyze, and transform clients’ fund accounting & investment analysis requirements • Provide product support and training to various functional teams • Conduct user-acceptance testing and prepare testing documents • Develop data mapping specifications for interfaces between FundCount and third-party systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics, accounting, or finance • 2+ years of relevant experience in fund administration, family offices, or investment accounting & technology • Experience with research, requirements capture, and business analysis on IT projects for complex financial applications • Strong knowledge of a broad range of investment management products • Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with Jira or similar task/issue management systems • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Willingness to travel within the region to conduct client training approximately 20% of the time
