• Help clients run their operations using FundCount software by investigating issues. • Contribute to the automation of support and operational processes. • Join client calls to investigate complex issues on the infrastructural level. • Be a voice of the client and contribute to the product roadmap. • Working according to US business hours.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of experience in the support position. • Extensive experience with Windows and Linux operating systems; MacOS knowledge is an asset. • Understanding network infrastructure and security principles. • Ability to read and understand log files. • Fluent with PostgreSQL and MySQL. • Proficiency in command-line interfaces and scripting. • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana.
