Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital financing platform in Southeast Asia. Join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern and help us find Thailand's top talent! Gain exposure to Employer Branding and learn about recruitment. Assist the Recruiter team in making cold calls to potential candidates in Thailand. Screen resumes for active applicants, provide feedback to the Recruiter team. Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives. Develop and share engaging content on social media and career websites.
Requirements
Thai citizen (visa sponsorship is not provided). Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Currently pursuing a degree or Final Year in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Willing to make cold calls and engage in frequent contact with candidates. Passionate about People Experience and eager to learn about recruitment and employer branding. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
