Description

•Create tailored demonstrations (e.g., websites, landing pages) that highlight the unique capabilities and benefits of our platform for potential customers. •Design and deliver POCs that address prospect requirements, demonstrating technical feasibility and alignment with client goals. •Work closely with Sales, Solution Engineers, Partner, and Product teams to align demo content and POCs with prospect needs and strategic objectives. •Offer technical support and mentorship to the Solution Engineering team, focusing on SMB and Mid-Market prospects. •Engage in technical discovery with prospects to understand requirements and translate them into functional demo solutions. •Develop technical documentation, guides, and processes to streamline demo and POC development. •Contribute to improving the demo and POC process, ensuring that solutions are scalable, repeatable, and innovative. •Support pre-sales engagements by articulating technical details clearly and addressing prospect concerns.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or related experience. •3-4 years in a solution architecture, consulting, or solution management role. •Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, Solution Architect or similar role- working at a NPO, tech company or agency providing solutions for the NPO industry. •At least 4 years of experience in digital technology, digital solution deployment, and web development. •Proficiency in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). •Experience with cloud architecture, CMSs, CDNs, tag management systems, cookie consent systems, and digital analytics tools. •Demonstrated experience building websites and landing pages. •Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders. •Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions in fast-paced environments. •Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and foster a positive working environment. Prior experience of working with Eastern European product and engineering teams is a plus.
