• OTE: $54,000 - $60,000 • Base Salary: $48,600 - $54,000 • Location: Remote • Stock Options • We are looking to hire an experienced Solution Engineer to work alongside our passionate sales and customer success teams. • Responsible for Onboarding and Presales activities including technical software demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating proposals on how to overcome technical problems, creating customized solutions that meet the client’s needs, project managing a new clients’ onboarding process, conducting A/B Tests and providing best practices in order to help the client generate more revenue. • Solution Engineers are relied upon to work with representatives from varying client-side departments, such as IT, marketing, fundraising, finance and executive teams, so consultative communications skills and patience are a must.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in implementation and solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related field at SAAS companies. • Strong technical skills, with experience in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management. • CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, and other Integration experience). • Experience with front-end website development (HTML/CSS). • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth and dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively. • Experience working with International (preferably Eastern European) product and back-end teams is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to architect and communicate the optimal solution to prospects, existing customers, and internal team members. • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
