Description

• Monitor delivery of a program, project, or managed service • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems • Provide hardware/software support at the operating system-level across all server and network areas • Work includes L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting • Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field • 7 years of experience • Experience in upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems • Experience in Linux/RHEL System Administration/Installation • Experience in Tomcat, Applications management and operating system upgrades • Experience in supporting AWS infrastructure implementation/administration • Analyzing security requirements and applying latest security patches • Experience creating and delivering Power Point presentations
