• Consulting solutions with clients on technical choices • Early-stage client meetings to gather requirements • Contributing to offers and proposals • Estimating project engagements • Building compelling arguments for tech choices • Participating in presentation meetings with clients • R&D into new technology functionality and applicability • Regular contact with Data decision-makers at clients • Creating PoCs in the Data area • Designing and building data processing platform architecture • Optimizing solutions for data storage and analysis • Maintaining relationships with technical client teams • Coordinating engineer activities in solution creation • Overseeing projects from start to finish • Engaging in the growth of Data Solutions business line

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience • At least 3.5 years working with AWS/Azure cloud data • 1 year in a Lead Developer/Architect role • Knowledge of data services in AWS or Azure • Proficient in Databricks, especially new features • Familiar with CI/CD, IaaC/Terraform, Git • Capability to create and modify data models • Understanding of Lambda and Kappa architectures • Experience in near real-time data analysis solutions • Able to plan infrastructure in the cloud and calculate costs • Knowledge of migrating on-premise solutions to the cloud • Experience with secure data storage and processing • Participation in pre-sales meetings • Strategic and analytical thinking • Good self-organization, adaptability, and proactive communication • Mentoring and training skills for less experienced colleagues • Experience presenting at industry events • Willing to travel for work • Advanced English proficiency, min. C1
