• About Us • Future Works is an AI-native digital services firm dedicated to creating a symbiotic world through industry optimization with AI. • We partner with mid-size and larger B2B companies in industries like CRE, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Energy, Environmental, Health, Finance, and Funds. • Our mission is to help businesses build their digital core, optimize operations, and accelerate growth through innovative, AI-driven solutions. • We promise 95% and deliver 110%, creating lasting value for our clients. • The Role • We are seeking a talented Automation Specialist to design and implement automated systems that drive operational efficiency and improve customer value. • In this role, you will assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and leverage modern tools and platforms to create seamless, scalable solutions. • Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and maximize the impact of automation on business performance. • Key Responsibilities • Analyze business processes across CRM, accounting, operations, support, and analytics to identify automation opportunities. • Design and implement automation workflows using both no-code (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, N8N) and custom-coded solutions. • Work with APIs and system integrations to connect business platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and NetSuite. • Monitor and optimize automated workflows to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability. • Develop, implement, and enhance ETL pipelines using both automation platforms and custom scripting to ensure efficient and seamless data integration across systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions. • Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of automated processes. • Challenges and Opportunities for Growth • Work on complex, high-impact automation projects that directly improve business performance. • Identify and implement innovative automation strategies to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Develop expertise in a wide range of business systems and automation platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of business systems, including CRM, accounting, operational, and support tools. • Experience designing and implementing automated workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, N8N, or custom scripting. • Proficiency in automation scripting using Python or JavaScript. • Ability to work with APIs and system integrations. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. • Familiarity with financial systems like QuickBooks and NetSuite. • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Strong understanding of customer support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
