🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and modern data platforms (Looker, dbt, Snowflake). • A strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and best practices for data management in large, complex organizations. • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines. • A passion for using data to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. • Strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset focused on team growth and empowerment.
