🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in sales. • Strong ability to build relationships and establish rapport with prospective students. • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Excellent communication skills, especially via phone, email, and web platforms. • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken). • Competency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). • Previous experience in contact centre or phone sales roles. • Familiarity with CRM platforms, with Salesforce being an advantage. • Previous Contact Centre/Phone sales role. • Experience with CRM, Salesforce is our main tool.
