Description
• Reporting to the Technical Director the Backend Engineer will be responsible for setting up the backend systems and infrastructure, and building and maintaining the business logic for our internal products. • Write efficient business logic for Games and Launcher. • Manage and automate file validation and storage for assets. • API development and Authentication, permissions and authorization for internal and external consumption. • Work with Product, Game and Launcher teams to develop efficient and well-structured solutions to problems. • Create and maintain an efficient and well structured solution that supports the product roadmap. • Work closely with the Technical Director and other Senior Engineers to develop modular architecture and sustainable infrastructure. • Interact with Readyverse team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements
• 5+ years of proven work experience in backend application development. • Game development experience. • Sockets and live application experience. • Frontend/Full-stack. • Experience with Docker, Postgres and AWS. • Experience in a web3 development team, interacting with web3 applications is advantageous.
