Description

• Seeking a bold, visionary, and results-driven VP of Marketing to reimagine and elevate brand and marketing strategies across SaaS products • Drive measurable outcomes aligning with business goals • Lead team of product marketers to ensure company alignment on solutions positioning • Develop and execute cohesive brand strategy to strengthen market presence • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels • Act as advocate for Futuri in industries served, building relationships and positioning as thought leader • Identify and capitalize on emerging marketing trends and technologies • Partner with sales leaders to create tools and campaigns impacting sales performance • Develop Account-Based Marketing strategies for high-value accounts • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team • Collaborate with product and customer success teams for campaign design • Design and execute lead generation strategies • Monitor and optimize lead generation efforts through detailed analytics • Develop KPIs linking marketing performance to business outcomes • Provide regular performance updates to executive leadership

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead bold, strategic initiatives that disrupt markets and drive significant growth • 8+ years in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS • Proven ability to develop strategies backed by data and analytics to drive sales and customer engagement • Demonstrated success in creating innovative marketing strategies that deliver value and enhance brand visibility • Proficiency in marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms • Deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing principles, and lead generation best practices • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire internal teams and external audiences • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
