• Implementing and supporting ETLs and Data Quality monitors • Conducting research into the technical stack of our data platform • Collaborating with Product Owners and Data Analysts from across the business • Opportunity to take ownership over the team’s backlog and roadmap • Potential to take on line management responsibilities of more junior team members if this appeals
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of data engineering, analytics or machine learning experience • Advanced skills in Python and SQL • Experience with Airflow, Prefect or other task orchestration tools • Familiarity with modern data stack – you know the current trends and what tools to use for the job • A proactive approach, with the ability to set and exemplify high standards • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Ability and desire to mentor/support more junior or less technical employees of the company
