Description
• Management of a cross-functional development team (Back-end, Front-end, AQA). • Form team agreements, quality standards, and a common vision of the front-end part of the product. • Be the single entry point for all delivery-related questions for your team. • Resource management of team members: motivation, hiring, training, and productivity.
Requirements
• Experience as a line engineering manager (Team Lead/Tech Lead/Engineering Manager). • Previous significant experience as a JavaScript Developer/TypeScript + React Developer. • Familiarity with Back-end development at a level sufficient for competent decomposition and task setting. • Ideally, basic+ level of Go and/or Python. • Experience with relational databases: creating a schema, writing SQL queries, indexes, migrations. • Understanding of the principles of distributed applications and microservice architecture. • Good knowledge of English and Russian language.
