Description
• Managing the QA engineers team • Building and improving testing processes • Defining testing strategies and plans • Implementing manual and automated testing • Interacting with developers and other participants • Identifying and solving QA team problems in a timely manner
Requirements
• At least 4 years of manual and automated testing (with Python) experience • Leadership skills to guide and mentor the QA Team • Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing • Strong experience in performance and load testing • Good knowledge of Kibana, Postman, and API testing • CI/CD integration for automated smoke tests (Allure reporting) • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Good communication in English and Russian
