Description

• Define the product vision, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Payment Gateway features and enhancements; • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives; • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to payment solutions; • Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources; • Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to align product strategies with financial objectives; • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders; • Ensure that the company products comply with industry regulations and security standards; • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with payment processing;

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field; • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on payment gateway solutions; • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams; • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; • Excellent communication and presentation skills; • In-depth knowledge of fintech industry trends and payment technologies; • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product life cycles; • In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, and security protocols; • Advanced English level; • Russian not less than B1;
