Description
• Gather, analyze, formalize, and document requirements for the system being developed. • Model and document the domain area, focusing on payment systems, fintech solutions, and payment gateway integration. • Communicate with stakeholders; refine business ideas to the level of a technical specification aligned with other parts of the system. • Participate in development process planning. • Manage changes promptly and coordinate with the team on arising issues. • Analyze similar solutions in the payments/fintech industry, track industry development trends, and propose product improvements.
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Analyst in IT, with specific expertise in the fintech/payments industry or previous experience with payment gateway product • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and processes • Proven experience in analyzing, decomposing, and documenting complex systems, including payment and transaction processing workflows • Familiarity with payment gateway integration, transaction processing, digital wallets, and related fintech services • Analytical mindset with the ability to think through complex financial and transactional systems • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and their application in payment and fintech projects • Responsibility, a team-oriented focus, and persistence in solving challenging tasks • Strong self-organization skills, with the ability to manage time and workload effectively • Good English and Russian (English is not lower than B1).
