Description

• As a Team Lead - management of a cross-functional development team (Back-end, Front-end, AQA). • Bringing the team to the target state in terms of engineering strategy, culture and existing team agreements in all areas. • As a Tech Lead of Front-end development - to form team agreements, quality standards and a common vision of the front-end part of the product. • Be the single entry point for all the questions that concerns delivery of your team: decomposition of product tasks into engineering ones, planning the workload of your team members and deadlines. • Resource management of team members: motivation, hiring, training, productivity. • Our Tech Stack: TypeScript, React 16.8+, Emotion, Vite, AntDesign, React-router, Lodash.

Requirements

• Experience as a line engineering manager (Team Lead/Tech Lead/Engineering Manager). • Previous significant experience as a JavaScript Developer/TypeScript + React Developer. • Familiarity with Back-end development at a level sufficient for competent decomposition and task setting. • Ideally, basic+ level of Go and/or Python. • Experience with relational databases: creating a schema, writing SQL queries, indexes, migrations. • Understanding of the principles of distributed applications and microservice architecture. • Good knowledge of English and Russian language. • NICE TO HAVE: Broad technical knowledge: algorithms, data structures, Linux, networks, security, SQL/NoSQL databases, clouds. • Experience in organizing a process approach to management (BPM). • Knowledge of the basics of domain-oriented design (DDD), and its application in projects. • Experience in finance or other areas where data security and integrity are key requirements. • Autonomous, good level of self-organization, time management and workload.
