Requirements
• Ideally based in Oslo or nearby, with the ability to work on-site. • Previous experience as an EA or administrative support, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Norwegian or other languages is a plus). • Familiarity with finance or HR processes is a bonus. • High level of discretion and confidentiality • Precision and attention to detail • Good organizational and multitasking skills • Proactive and self-motivated • Outstanding communication skills • Autonomous and able to navigate ambiguity • Client-facing experience • Start-up experience • Tech-savvy • Flexible and adaptable • Present - you’re happy to be physically present in the office 5 days a week • Confident, directive and decisive while personable to keep your executive on track
