📋 Description
• We are seeking a skilled Dashboard Engineer with a strong front-end focus to support the development of executive-level dashboards. • Develop and enhance dashboards for executive and managerial consumption, ensuring clarity, usability, and aesthetic appeal. • Work closely with an internal engineer who handles core functionality but requires support in UI/UX enhancements and advanced Power BI customization. • Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI queries and visualizations. • Ensure an intuitive user experience, allowing for drill-down capabilities and detailed data analysis. • Adhere to internal policies regarding open-source tool usage, primarily working with approved or built-from-scratch solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate data sources from platforms such as Activision, Xbox, etc. • Balance the use of out-of-the-box Power BI functionalities with necessary customizations.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-8 years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization. • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX queries, data modeling, and custom visualization development. • Strong front-end development skills, particularly in UI/UX for dashboards and data visualization tools. • Experience with Grafana is a plus. • Ability to troubleshoot complex dashboarding challenges and assist with performance optimization. • Experience working with large and diverse datasets. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights for executive stakeholders.
