📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Outreach Coordinator to join our company. • This role will be instrumental in executing the Company’s Six Outreach Plan, focusing on event promotion, attendee follow-up, and outbound sales calls. • Call all ~1200 contacts in the database to remind them of upcoming events and encourage them to register and attend. • Offer assistance with event registration for contacts who have not registered. • Contact attendees from the previous week’s event to thank them for attending. • Remind attendees of the overall benefits of the group. • Update contact information and ensure all interactions are logged. • Collaborate closely with the Call Center team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. • Flexible schedule to accommodate event timelines and follow-up activities.
