• Collaborate with staff to support event planning, organization, and execution. • Engage in membership administration and retention efforts.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, hospitality, or a related field. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively in a team. • Strong understanding of prioritization and efficient allocation of time and resources. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • High comfort level in interacting with clients. • Ability to work effectively and reliably in a remote-based environment. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented. • Proficiency with Microsoft applications. • Driving license. • Excellent English speaking and writing skills (German language skills preferred but not mandatory).
