📋 Description

• Project Engineer responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines in capital projects. • Schedule, plan, and manage technical activities for project accuracy and quality. • Interface with production and maintenance to identify problems. • Conduct engineering analysis and follow up with project recommendations. • Mentor other engineers on sound engineering principles. • Coordinate between contractor and company for smooth project execution. • Manage budgets and financial accountability for assigned projects. • Assist in product development ensuring standards are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including process improvement and capital project management. • Ability to build strategic working relationships with engineering teams, maintenance, tool and die makers, and production. • Professional/Technical knowledge related to mechanical engineering; willingness to grow. • Strong decision-making skills and technical communication abilities. • Proficient in root cause analysis and manufacturing analysis tools (e.g., SPC, lean manufacturing). • Advanced proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatics. • Strong project management skills or demonstration of successful participation in capital projects.
