• Overall responsibility for management of several accounts within a portfolio. • Communicates/interfaces regularly with client(s). • Develops and manages a portfolio with full P&L responsibility. • Prepares, monitors, and manages budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s). • Oversees development and implementation to develop project approach and implementation plans. • Manages client relationship; responsible for ensuring client satisfaction. • Reports to management on progress toward strategic account growth and business goals. • Identifies sales opportunities and assists the account management team with successful close of sale. • Monitors state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment and alerts management to risks and opportunities. • Works with delivery counterparts to identify additional sources of revenue through process improvement initiatives and business rule optimization. • Collaborates across the enterprise to solve problems and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of account management experience • 2+ years of C.O.B. experience (Coordination of Benefits) • 2+ years of Healthcare/Medicaid experience • 2+ years of Conflict Resolution experience • Medical Billing/Coding Experience
