• Be part of a team that unleashes the power of leading-edge technologies to help improve the health and well-being of those most vulnerable in our country and communities. • Develop, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals. • Analyze financial data, including project costs, resource allocations, and expenditures, to provide insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast budgets, track variances, and manage risks related to financial resources. • Coordinate the creation of detailed, accurate, and comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for new and ongoing projects. • Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations in all SOWs. • Develop and maintain dashboards for project financial health and SOW tracking. • Provide training and guidance to project teams on budgeting tools, SOW templates, and financial best practices. • Continuously review and refine budgeting and SOW processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Implement best practices and industry standards in project financial management and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or PMO roles, with a focus on budgeting and SOW creation. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent). • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, financial modeling). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or financial analysis (e.g., CFA, CIMA) is preferred. • Experience working in industries such as IT, consulting, or professional services is preferred.
