📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle for multiple projects • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives • Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies • Conduct status meetings and prepare detailed reports on milestones and deliverables • Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate communication among team members
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years experience managing moderately complex projects • 2 years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred • Knowledge in project management methodology such as PMP • Understanding of budget development and project management software such as MS Project • Ability to translate project objectives into clear milestones • Strong executive presentation skills • Creative problem-solver
