The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of several banking-related projects focusing on delivery excellence and risk management. This role involves managing a team of project managers ensuring all projects are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and delivering results within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program and project management within the banking industry, with a methodical approach to processes, hard indicators, and risk management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on delivery and the banking industry, ideally in core or digital banking. Proven experience managing complex projects and leading project managers with a focus on risk management and KPI tracking. Methodical approach to processes and a strong understanding of banking industry standards, regulations, and market trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on team development. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in project management software and tools.
