Description

• Own and evolve Galileo's visual identity system across all touchpoints • Provide art direction for marketing campaigns and creative projects • Lead the visual design of our marketing website, landing pages, and digital experience • Create high-impact designs for digital and print marketing materials, including presentations, white papers, case studies, and social media content • Design engaging booth graphics, signage, and promotional materials for trade shows and events • Develop visually compelling sales presentations and leave-behinds • Maintain and expand our design system to ensure brand consistency • Partner with content creators, product marketers, and external vendors to deliver exceptional creative work

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional visual design experience • At least 3 years in B2B technology or enterprise software • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, digital design, and print design • Proven experience establishing and maintaining visual design systems • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience designing responsive websites and digital marketing assets • Understanding of design principles, grid systems, and color theory • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual communications • Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • Experience in a growth-stage tech startup is a plus • Motion design skills are a plus
