📋 Description
• Assist restoring service and maintaining MS SQL Server running on EC2 and AWS RDS • Troubleshoot technical issues related to SOLR and Tomcat in an AWS environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance system performance. • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or appropriate teams for resolution. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for support processes and procedures. • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and enhance technical skills.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience ideally in a Help Desk setting • Tomcat/Apache Stack • Nice to Haves: AWS or MS SQL
