Description

• Develop and execute successful go to market programs for the launch of SCUM across PC & Console. • Set the foundation for ongoing SCUM Live Service marketing plans. • Define and champion the franchise vision, brand identity and product positioning based on close partnership with development, community, marketing, creative, analytics, and research teams. • Lead the SCUM marketing & community teams to success; setting standards & owning overall accountability for great team culture & marketing execution. • Partner with development & research to ensure the player voice is part of the active product development roadmap. • Explore and implement innovative data analysis techniques & methods to drive new insights that have material impact on marketing performance. • Own and manage the SCUM marketing budget ensuring that all spend is KPI driven and delivers strong ROI. • Work in close collaboration with the Gamepires leadership team, ensuring that marketing is front & center of overall decision making & contributing to overall strategic goals. • Partner with specialist marketing teams such as performance marketing, PR & creative services to align strategic plans and help execute against the plans and tactics. • Partner with internal creative and development teams to develop stand out and effective creative: logos, key art, and videos, icons, and storefronts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand management, brand strategy, product marketing, and building tactical marketing plans in the video games industry. • A strong enthusiasm for survival, crafting PC & console games. • Strong cross-functional project management and coordination experience. • Demonstrable marketing creative development and management experience. • Availability and willingness to work 3-5 days per week on a contract basis. • Ability to visit the studio in Zagreb, Croatia if required from time to time.
