Description

•We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Game Designer to join our team and who will be responsible for creating design concepts for our core meta systems. You will work closely with the other game designers, Product Lead and our development team to ensure that our game is engaging, fun, and meets the needs of our target audience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our games are designed with Web3 technology in mind, and that they take full advantage of the capabilities that this technology offers.

Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in Meta/Systems Design, with a track record of delivering successful mobile games. •Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all aspects of the game design are polished and engaging. •Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Self starter and proactive approach. •Ability to work collaboratively with a team, and to mentor and educate other team members where necessary. •Ability to perform outstanding competitor benchmarks, extracting key takeaways and applying them efficiently to our game. •Ability to break down complex designs into small, easily measurable changes. Having a data-driven mindset is critical to the success of this role. •Excellent English to communicate with the international team. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders. •A passion for gaming and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible in mobile game design. •Knowledge about the Web3 world and/or Web3 games would be a plus.
