📋 Description

• We are looking for a talented and experienced UA Manager to drive user acquisition for the most promising F2P mobile game in the Web3 gaming space. We’re seeking someone passionate, with a strong background in UA campaign management that can turn great mobile games into global hits.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in mobile gaming. • Proven expertise in paid acquisition with a successful track record of implementing ROAS strategies. • Familiarity with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads) and Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., Appsflyer). • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies and processes. • Experience in influencer marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO). • Proven track record of implementing innovative organic and viral tactics. • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized and detail oriented with an exceptional sense of accountability.
