• About Us: Live experiences help people cross today’s digital divide and focus on what truly connects us. • The Senior Director of UX Design will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience strategy for our mobile-first ticketing platform targeting a young, tech-savvy demographic. • This role demands a visionary leader who can implement cutting-edge design philosophies and best practices. • The candidate will have experience in both optimizing existing experiences and taking products from zero to one, demonstrating an ability to drive product innovation and enhance user engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in the ecommerce industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful mobile UX design projects. • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, ideally with Figma • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive design decisions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A passion for ecommerce and a deep empathy for users.
