• The Escapist is looking for new and experienced writers for MMO games and live-service titles. • This is a fully remote contract position. • The position is not for writing video scripts and is not a creative writing position. • Key Focuses: Destiny 2, Call of Duty, Final Fantasy XIV, World of Warcraft, HoYoverse, Diablo 4. • To Be Considered: A resume, a cover letter, and two writing samples are required.

Requirements

• Excellent English language writing skills. • Eagerness to learn and incorporate feedback. • Must be a self-starter who can complete pieces in a timely manner and pitch trending ideas. • An expert knowledge or one (or multiple) of the games listed above. • Preferred: Familiarity with Google Trends. • Preferred: Experience writing SEO.
