• Create insightful and actionable research for Heads of Compliance, Risk, Legal, and others • Engage with clients every day: on the phone, in videoconferences, or even the stage at a Gartner event • Research technology, practices, trends and produce research for Gartner clients
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience within third party risk, legal, compliance or related fields • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Experience with the third-party risk management governance, policies, and organizational structures • Knowledge of the vendor market, functionalities, and capabilities for TPRM and related systems • Familiarity with primary vendors in this space (e.g., ServiceNow, MetricStream, Archer) • Familiarity and experience with how digital workplace hubs support Assurance and GRC systems • Experience and interest in advising, presenting to, and writing for the most senior levels of an organization • Demonstrated executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders • Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments • Ability to effectively adjust communication style to different audiences
