• Advise CFOs and their leadership teams on finance transformation management • Deliver high quality actionable advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations • Remain ahead of the curve on developments and issues
Requirements
• 8-12 years of experience in finance, ideally within a finance transformation team or controlling/accounting or FP&A. • Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational aspects of a finance transformation and associated change projects • Subject matter expertise in finance organization and talent needs • Strong business acumen • Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred • Ability to conduct occasional travel, regionally and globally
